Recreational divers must complete a Recreational SCUBA Diving Medical to the Australian Dive Standard 4005.1 before they can train or dive with official diving operators. The Dive Medical focuses on assessing cardiac, pulmonary, ear, nose and throat, neurological and general health issues to ensure that the diver is not placed at undue risk.

If you require medical assistance outside of our opening hours, please call Rosny Doctors & After Hours at 27 Bligh Street, Rosny Park on (03) 6244 1058. This after-hours service is available Wednesday to Friday between 6:00pm and 9:00pm, and weekends and public holidays between 1:00pm and 9:00pm. Alternatively, you can call After Hours Doctor Tasmania at 252 Main Road, Derwent Park on (03) 6165 2361. This service is available on weekdays between 6:00pm and 10:00pm, and weekends and public holidays between 9:00am and 10:00pm.
